Thanksgiving Day Plyometrics: 4:00 AM - 5 years running, from 18 athletes in 2001 to 53 in 2006. We will shoot for 70 this year!

Over 30 - Over 30 not over the belly! These sessions are semi-private, later in the evenings so we don’t intimidate our kid’s. A structured program, set up and modified to suit any and all former athletes. We finish with a quick aerobic session that includes many of the drills our kid’s perform, only a little slower.

Protect & Serve - We combine cardiovascular exercises with “ballistic” agility training to give you a 30 minute workout like no other. This course also includes a 20 minute circuit training program to add strength and prevent injury. Sarge has trained Thousands of competitive athletes to help them prepare for High School, College and professional sports. Now he takes these principals and adds his Marine Corps philosophy’s to prepare you for the potentially dangerous situations faced every day. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to be confident and prepared. Are you ready for the physical and mental challenges that may arise today, tomorrow or next week? Morning and early afternoon classes are forming now. Class size is limited to 20 participants, group rates available for individual departments and units.

 

Combine Preparation - Today’s Football players will eventually be tested and evaluated by coaches in several different areas. Foot speed, lateral speed, agility, explosiveness and strength. There are 5 records in Indianapolis SMASHED by local athletes who utilized the Sgt4E System. Efficiency and repetitions are paramount in having a good day at these workouts. This facility is the only certified Chuck Mound Performance Site in the mid-state.

Speed Before Sunrise: 6:00 AM - Saturday eye opener, focusing on fundamentals, increasing linear speed while decreasing muscular fatigue. Over 1000 yards in a 1 hour session.

Lil Sarge’s Bootcamp: 7:00 AM - Let staff member and 2nd in command Andrew “Lil Sarge” Bernstein show you the meaning of “pain is weakness leaving the body”. This session includes a circuit training strength workout, calisthenics, agility training and finishes with the IRON MAN circuit. 

Maximum Impact - Over speed & Resistance Training - This incorporates “ballistic”, “fast twitch” and Smart-Speed  exercises using the Sgt4E System. This 30 minute session will leave you breathless, literally! Athletes from 8th grade through the professional level will notice dramatic results within 2 weeks. Sessions are limited to 8 athletes and by appointment only.
